Twin Lakes Brewery

Twin Lakes Brewery is an American farm brewery located at the beautiful “Twin Lakes Farm” in Greenville, DE, on Route 52 (Delaware’s first nationally recognized scenic byway), where George Washington wrote the Battle of the Brandywine address. Twin Lakes is a 26 BBL steam-fired, four vessel, gravity fed brewery. Their beer is naturally filtered through its own bed of grain and no pump is used. They use fresh hops and their local and delicious water comes from a deep rock well that has operated on the property for over 200 years. The water is perfectly balanced - ph and alkalinity. Their brewing process uses only fresh “American” ingredients - “fresh hop flowers” - no pellets!

Paradocx Vineyard

Nestled among the rolling hills of southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, combines current technology and handcrafted secrets to create unique wines, made from homegrown grapes, and from those of only selected custom growers.

Moderating influences of the Chesapeake and Delaware bays and the southern sloping mica soils afford Paradocx a unique mesoclimate in the region. This mesoclimate coupled with state-of-the-art viticulture practices, create a winning combination for this 5,000 case winery. The owners and management of Paradocx Vineyard, who share a fervent passion for winemaking, adhere to the principle that winemaking begins with success in the vineyard.

With over 100 acres of land, 30 of which are under vine, Paradocx's home vineyard in Landenberg, Pennsylvania offers an array of grapes for head winemaker Dave Hoffman to choose from, including 27 acres of vinifera vines and 3 acres of Chambourcin and Vidal vines. By providing only the finest grapes that our site has to offer, we are able to afford our winemaker with the best possible start for a quality wine in the bottle.

Paradocx Vineyard is owned and operated by the Hoffman and Harris Families. The name of the winery is a play on words, as the four principles are practicing physicians (Pair of Docs). In addition to a full-time staff, members of both families and committed friends tend to make the winery a successful venture.

Chaddsford Winery

Chaddsford Winery, located in the Atlantic Uplands district, is among a handful of wineries in the eastern United States who have achieved a national reputation for producing premium wines of world-class stature. Since the winery's first release in 1983, each successive vintage has received critical acclaim from wine writers and critics across the country. Among those who have given top marks to Chaddsford wines are Robert Parker, The Wine Spectator, Bon Appétit, Gourmet, Food & Wine, Decanter, Wine Enthusiast and the New York Times.

Today the winery's production is approximately 30,000 cases annually, sold at the winery in Chadds Ford, PA, its satellite location tasting room in Bucks County, PA, and in wholesale markets in Delaware, Maryland and other eastern states. The wines of Chaddsford range from dry, European style table wines like Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon to light fresh fruity “fun” wines like Niagara, Sangria and Spiced Apple.

Located on a small country estate in the heart of the Brandywine artist community – halfway between Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware – the winery is housed in a charmingly renovated colonial barn that is open for visitors year round. It is just two miles away from the world renowned Longwood Gardens and the Wyeth family's Brandywine River Museum, as well as many other Brandywine Valley attractions, inns, restaurants, gardens and museums.
