Enjoy a one week stay at a beautiful beach house located one block from the ocean. This Fenwick Island beach home features 5 decks, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 10. It is conveniently located near some of the Delaware beach area's best restaurants.

The one week stay is Saturday to Saturday. The winner will select either a one week stay from August 25–September 1, 2012 OR a one week stay of your choice in 2013 (a very limited number of dates may be unavailable). Reservations for the week in either 2012 or 2013 must be made by May 25, 2012.

The drawing will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at The Perfect Pairing event. Raffle ticket holders need not be present to win.
